She gets a warm welcome there, learns how to clean planes and hears who to go to if there's anything.
One day, she meets a handsome man named Marcus.
He takes her out, pays for everything and gives her gifts.
Edina lives up but after a few weeks Marcus dies.
“You're going to get a package from a plane for me next week, understand?”
Thanks to training, Edina knows that this is not allowed.
But she's afraid to say no to Marcus.
She changes and gets quieter by the day. Her colleagues notice this.
“Edina, is everything okay? You are so quiet.”
“Yes. Uh... everything is fine. Just a little bit sad. '
“Sure?”
“Yes, definitely. Just leave me alone. '
Her colleague does not trust it and seeks help from the HR advisor.
She takes Edina aside and keeps asking nicely what's going on.
“Edina. You can trust me. This is a safe place.”
“OK... My new friend is not doing well...
Edina talks about her problems and, together with the HR advisor, she comes up with a way out.
For now, she only works in the office, she no longer visits planes.
“Tell Marcus we need you in other places.”
Together, they also report to the Royal Military Police. They promise to investigate Marcus.
Edina feels relieved. She is happy that her employer is helping her so much.
She promises to sound the alarm if anything ever plays again.
